This autumn I will be a student on Fridays. Today we kicked off and future Fridays I will eagerly learn how to “Accelerate the sustainability transition” in organisations.
Not only will I understand our current planetary situation (a state of emergency!) and what has brought us here more deeply, but I will learn how to look at organizations with my “regenerative glasses” on and understand how to create a regenerative vision. How can companies go from a net-negative, or even net-zero, to a net-positive strategy and what will it demand from leaders? Looking forward to this injection of new knowledge!
But wait a minute, what does this has to do with Agile Finance or CFO-functions?
My hypothesis is: a lot.
But, that is for me to find out this autumn!
Stay tuned for future updates and insights on the subject…

Definition from my AI friend:
Regenerative leadership is a leadership philosophy and approach focused on fostering sustainable, long-term change by promoting health, resilience, and growth within the systems and people a leader is responsible for. Unlike traditional leadership models, which often focus on optimization and efficiency, regenerative leadership seeks to create conditions where individuals, teams, and organizations can grow, evolve, and renew themselves in a way that benefits both people and the environment.
Regenerative leadership is thus about creating a culture and leadership approach that supports and promotes growth, innovation, and sustainable development while considering the broader context and future generations.
